Welcome to Queen Alchemy Boudoir. By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking a session, or purchasing services from Queen Alchemy Boudoir, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Information
Queen Alchemy Boudoir is operated by DC Moments Photography LLC and provides boudoir, portrait, branding, and photography-related services throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.
2. Booking & Retainers
Session dates are not reserved until:
A signed agreement has been completed
Any required retainer or payment has been received
Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of Queen Alchemy Boudoir. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any amounts previously paid.
3. Session Scheduling & Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for arriving on time to scheduled appointments.
Requests to reschedule must be made in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.
Queen Alchemy Boudoir reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, unsafe weather conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Image Delivery & Products
Digital image delivery timelines may vary depending on workload, editing requirements, and product fulfillment timelines.
All purchased images, albums, prints, and products are non-refundable once delivered or ordered.
Queen Alchemy Boudoir is not responsible for print quality from third-party print labs not recommended by the studio.
5. Copyright & Image Usage
All images created by Queen Alchemy Boudoir remain the copyrighted property of the photographer.
Clients may share purchased images online for personal use but may not:
alter images
apply filters
sell images
submit images for publication without written permission
Clients are never required to sign a model release. Sharing images publicly is always optional and based entirely on client consent.
6. Hair & Makeup Services
Professional hair and makeup services may be provided through independent artists.
Queen Alchemy Boudoir is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction related to cosmetic services provided by third-party artists.
Clients should disclose any allergies or sensitivities before their appointment.
7. Website Use
All content on this website, including images, logos, graphics, videos, and written content, is owned by Queen Alchemy Boudoir and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.
8. SMS & Email Communications

Queen Alchemy Boudoir reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of this website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Dezarae, is an amazing photographer! When I saw her work I immediately knew that I wanted to work with her for my shoot! Communicating with her prior to the shoot went so smoothly and she was able to answer all my questions. During the shoot itself, she made me feel comfortable in the space but also confident and sexy!! My photos turned out amazing and definitely were more than what I expected them to be!
